Being a servant leader…

As a servant leader on the Fossil design team, I seek to highlight other’s contributions and talents. One out of the box idea that I implemented was to showcase some of the designs we were working on that we were excited about. I asked each team member to submit their most exciting design to showcase in our office and for our board of directors. This short video showcases a small portion of our talent.
